About Serenity
What is Serenity and how is it different from a fertility clinic?
Serenity is a small, private clinic in Orlando, FL run by a Registered Nurse with a background in women’s health. We’re not a fertility clinic and we don’t diagnose conditions or prescribe medications. We support women who are already working with a fertility physician by filling in the gaps their treatment plan doesn’t cover including injection assistance, medication organization, lab draws, monitoring visits, and one-on-one education sessions.
Do I need to be currently undergoing fertility treatment to use your services?
Not for all of them. Services like the Hormone & Fertility Education Consultation and the Fertility Health Assessment Package are a good fit for women who are preparing to conceive and want to understand their reproductive health before starting treatment. If you’re not sure whether a service fits where you are right now, send us a message and we’ll help you figure it out.
Where is Serenity located?
We’re located in Orlando, FL. In-clinic visits are held at our private clinic. Education consultations are available virtually for women outside the Orlando area.
Working With Your Doctor
Do you work alongside my existing fertility doctor?
Yes, and that’s the only way we work. Everything we do at Serenity is based on what your fertility physician has already ordered or prescribed. We don’t make treatment decisions or adjustments; that stays entirely with your care team. We handle the support side so you’re showing up to your appointments prepared and on schedule.
Do you work with all fertility clinics?
We work alongside any licensed fertility physician regardless of which clinic they’re affiliated with. We don’t need a formal relationship with your clinic. We only need to know what your provider has prescribed or ordered.
Can I use Serenity if my fertility clinic is out of town?
Yes. This is actually one of the more common reasons women come to us. If your fertility clinic is managing your treatment remotely, we can handle local monitoring visits and lab draws and send your results directly to your care team the same day.
Services and Booking
How do I know which service is right for me?
Start with where you are in your journey. If you’re preparing to try to conceive and want to understand your fertility health, the Education Consultation or Fertility Health Assessment is a good starting point.
If you’re already in a treatment cycle and need injection support or monitoring, head to the Fertility Treatment Support or Lab & Monitoring pages.
Still not sure? Send us a message and we’ll point you in the right direction.
How far in advance do I need to book?
It depends on the service. For planned visits like medication organization or education consultations, booking a few days ahead is ideal. For time-sensitive services like trigger shots or same-day assistance, reach out as soon as you know you need support and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring your treatment calendar, any medications or supplies your provider has given you, and the instructions from your fertility clinic. For lab draw visits, bring the lab order from your provider. If you have questions about what to bring for a specific visit, reach out before your appointment.
Are your services covered by insurance?
Serenity’s services are not typically covered by insurance. All services are self-pay. We recommend checking with your insurance provider if you have questions about reimbursement through an HSA or FSA account.
Membership
Is there a membership or package option if I need ongoing support?
Yes. The Serenity Fertility Support Membership gives you access to our services at a reduced rate, priority scheduling, and discounted lab draws for $99 a month with no long-term commitment. It’s designed for women in active treatment cycles or those expecting to need support across multiple rounds.
